No Experience Required for our 1on1 Program We start you off from scratch. You’ll undergo the same type of training as a professional boxer. Your coach works 'hands on' with you, instructing you step by step.
NO SHARING YOUR TIME, IT’S JUST YOU AND YOUR COACH, it is PERSONAL BOXING TRAINING!
For those having boxing skills, come aboard and join our Boxing Team. Irongloves Boxing Gym is officially chartered and registered with USA Boxing Commission. Our coaches are well known and respected in the valley, and are licensed.

The reasons for learning to box varies, the majority want to get in shape, lose weight, and cut up. Most, are just tired of the same old weight training thing. Whatever your objective, we guarantee to whip you into shape all while learning the 'Art of Boxing'. We will train you like a boxer without stepping into the ring and getting hit. We get asked that often, “do I have to spar/fight?” No, it is up to you whether to take it that far. Ally and Chelsea (on the left) do like to spar every so often.

There are many of you out there that are into boxing and probably would like to test the waters. Everyone is welcome, from the basic beginner just starting out, all the way up to the advanced boxer preparing for a fight.
The majority of boxing clubs focus mainly on "Tyson" potentials. Irongloves goal is to bring boxing to the general public, offering training to those that want to learn without any distractions. There are no crude attitudes to get in your way at our place.

more on our... PERSONAL BOXING TRAINING PROGRAM
At Irongloves you are absolutely trained on a One-on-One basis. This means just you and your coach, you will not be sharing your time with anyone. In other words, you will not be told to go off in the corner and hit the heavy bag for 5 minutes on your own and you will not have others being trained on your time.
We hear from so many that come from other clubs, how they are promised to be trained solo, only to have the trainer group people together. WE DO NOT DO THIS!
FYI: There are four levels formulated by Irongloves. Each level is to certify that you are at a certain stage of your training week by week. Each level is a progression of abilities; from punch combinations, to bag work, and of your cardiovascular. You WILL learn how to box, just short of stepping in the ring to fight. For those that are interested in competing, you will be trained at different levels.

We cannot say it enough... you do not have to have experience to come to Irongloves.
The whole reason I developed this boxing program back in 1995 was to bring boxing to the mainstream public, to teach people from scratch, to keep boxing alive.
I knew that people would love it, if they only could understand it better, & were able to learn at their level. I knew people would benefit greatly from the physical aspects what boxing could do for them.
This is why Renene & myself are so passionate about our program. This is why only the best coaches are with us. Our reputation has been built on honesty & hard work, & it has paid off with the dedication from our members.
Watch our videos. All those people came to us with no experience, now look at them. I have people that have been with me for 5 to 12 years.
What’s cool about Irongloves, there is a such a mix of people --- you might be training along side a guy who’s fighting next month, or next to one of the pros, or next to factory worker, policeman, attorney, etc. Most of our members are working class professionals.
Boxing is a true art form, there is so much to learn, so much to experience. Very rewarding, it’s a one man show, your inner strength is called upon.
