Here you go Boxers, a useful tool that can be used to grade your skills. If you have a coach, have him/her grade you, or you can grade yourself. Whether you are a beginner or have been boxing for years, this Report Card will definitely prove beneficial, by pin pointing your weaknesses, along with your strengths. I would suggest to fill out a Report Card every three to six months.

Weightlifters have been using charts for years, tracking their reps, sets, & poundages. Never has there been anything for the Boxer to gauge themselves. Give it a go & test it out for yourself!

Add all the totals, then divide by 27. This will give you your average. Example: One of my guys scored a total of 162.5 divided by 27 = 6.01. This means he is in the 60% range, which puts him slightly ‘Above Average’. {See the below example; it’s his actual score card}
