‘University Plaza’ is the name of the complex, where the Picnic Company
and Tipps Thai Restaurants are located. Buildings are light tan with rust
colored trim. Just east of Planet Fitness Gym (formerly Powerhouse Gym).
Once you pull into the complex, head straight back
and look to the left to see the giant BOXING sign.
