$15 per class ~~ CASH ONLY PLEASE
You can pay per class or buy as many classes as you want.
PRICE DISCOUNT:
● 8 sessions/$115 (you save $8).
● 12 sessions/$165 (you save $15).
Anything less than 8 sessions will cost you $15 per session.

Location:
During the winter (from October to March) Shock Zone classes
are held outdoors at Mesa Community College. MCC is located
at Southern & Dobson on the South East corner.
Enter off of Southern & park south of the stadium stairs.
It starts at 9:30am. In November it will start at 10:00am.
Get there a few minutes early to stretch out.
Irongloves friends & family are welcome to participate.
(they don’t have to be a member)
Must be minimum 18 years old.
Be sure to bring plenty of water & a sweat towel.
If you are allergic to grass, bring a giant bath towel.
