SHOCK ZONE is SPEED, AGILITY, & POWER TRAINING! I devised this multifunctional type of training for the purpose of improving endurance and body strength, generating a lean healthy machine. SHOCK training will optimize your peak performance, also your mental toughness will intensify. Physical challenges that you have never ask of yourself before, will now be brought to your table.
Our bodies are adaptable machines, muscles are smart memory banks, they become wise to the fact that they are being trained the same way, day after day. We have all heard by now, "you have to shock the body to get results". If you do not change up your training, you will hit dreaded plateaus. Results take too long to occur if your muscles are not being challenged. Your body needs to be SHOCKED out of its daily routine!
SHOCK ZONE training will keep your muscles guessing, your body will be given no options, causing it to react to the demands called upon it. It is tough training, your motivation will soar to the max, because the training will be continually changing. Every week I change up the workouts - making it exciting and fun for all.
